Our North Star: Client Centricity Job Overview The Print Team’s primary objective is to grow, retain, and support print clients in local go-to-markets. The Marketplace Sales Specialist drives new print business in the local market while managing a portfolio of active print-only clients. This role serves as the primary representative for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through consistent business reviews and timely issue resolution. By monitoring account activity and identifying opportunities for upgrades, the specialist supports retention and growth objectives. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to deliver solutions that strengthen client relationships and maximize impact.
