As the Marketplace Lead, you'll be responsible for driving online growth at Best Buy through our Marketplace platform. You will lead a team of business developers, seller account managers, and seller support analysts focused on continued growth. You'll develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets for assigned categories and continue the expansion of third-party sellers online. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader who is innovative, has an entrepreneurial mindset, and has demonstrated the ability to manage a large online business. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location.
