Creatio is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Analyst to support the operational excellence of the Creatio Marketplace. This role ensures that every application published on the Marketplace meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance. The Marketplace Analyst will collaborate with partners, internal teams, and product experts to maintain a trusted ecosystem of extensions and integrations for Creatio customers worldwide.

Requirements

Experience working with marketplace operations, application submission workflows, or content moderation processes.
General understanding of how web applications function, including frontend-backend interaction, integrations, APIs, and hosting principles.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for workflow management and documentation.
Ability to prepare structured documentation such as guidelines, review checklists, and process descriptions.
Confidence working with data in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and analysis.
English level Upper-Intermediate (B2+) for partner communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

Process incoming partner requests and manage the flow of app submissions.
Review applications for compliance with Marketplace requirements, including functionality, UI/UX, performance, and security.
Moderate published listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, visuals, categories, and supporting materials.
Consult partners on Marketplace Console usage, publication rules, and best practices.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as guidelines, review checklists, and process descriptions.
Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring issues, app quality trends, and potential improvements.
Participate in internal initiatives to enhance Marketplace operations, automation, and partner experience.
