Position Overview: The Marketing Traffic Coordinator is a key day-to-day coordinator on all projects and workflow oversight requiring cross-functional collaboration to ensure that projects have all information needed to complete within expected time frame.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative Design, Communications, related field, and/or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a traffic or marketing assistant position is preferred.
  • Agency work is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead traffic flow of marketing projects and prioritization via support portal, phone call, and email.
  • Track all marketing projects and manage status updates, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Review requests and manage projects within Salesforce and Basecamp.
  • Handle customer service phone calls with professionalism, routing customers to appropriate department or inputting request in the system.
  • Provide excellent service, information, and communication to internal and external customers.
  • Respond to issues timely and with sound decision making.
  • Proofread and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
  • Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate.
  • Additional projects as needed.
