The Marketing Technology ROI Manager is a highly analytical and operationally-minded individual contributor responsible for driving financial accountability, performance transparency, and operational rigor across Confluent’s marketing ecosystem. You will build scalable frameworks that measure how we evaluate, measure, procure, and renew our Martech stack ensuring our technology investments are aligned to value, outcomes, and strategic business priorities. You will collaborate closely with Marketing Ops Systems, Procurement, Finance, and Insights partners to ensure we are investing wisely, governing properly, and maximizing efficiency across the full marketing technology lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured evaluation, operational discipline, and data-driven decision making.
