About The Position

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Marketing Technology Manager who can fully own and optimize our MarTech ecosystem across multiple brands. This role is deeply technical, you’ll architect, manage, and continuously improve the marketing technology stack to ensure every system, integration, workflow, and data flow functions reliably and at scale. You’ll be the backbone of our marketing operations, bringing together technology, data governance, and automation. From building complex workflows and managing cross-platform integrations to maintaining data cleanliness and powering campaign execution, you will ensure our systems work seamlessly and deliver measurable impact. Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing operations or automation, preferably in B2B SaaS or hosting/cloud environments
  • Proficient in marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Solid understanding of data hygiene, attribution, and campaign reporting
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and workflow automation
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and QA discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing multi-brand environments
  • Familiarity with integration tools (Zapier, Workato, Segment, etc.)
  • Exposure to BI or data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Understanding of B2B lifecycle marketing and lead ops

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, 6Sense, Salesforce, Nooks)
  • Support governance and process across sales and marketing
  • Manage integrations across CRM, MAP, SEP and analytics platforms to ensure seamless data flow
  • Build and maintain automation workflows, lifecycle journeys, and data syncs.
  • Implement tracking and attribution for campaign measurement across channels, touchpoints, and systems.
  • Champion data hygiene and enrichment processes across systems
  • Maintain compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
  • Partner with RevOps and Analytics to align data models and reporting frameworks
  • Create playbooks for campaign setup, naming conventions, and data governance
  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and nurture journeys
  • Segment audiences and personalize campaigns using behavioral and firmographic data
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on engagement and conversion metrics
  • Support lifecycle and retention programs in collaboration with brand and demand teams
  • Own and manage UTM strategy and technology to support dynamic personalization
  • Collaborate with demand gen, lifecycle, content, and RevOps to operationalize marketing programs
  • Provide insights to enhance lead flow, conversion, and ROI tracking
  • Train marketers on tools, templates, and best practices
