About The Position

You will lead a technical team to deliver against the Marketing Technology (MarTech) roadmap, including configuration, optimization, and management of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise platform. This role will work with stakeholders and business owners to deliver on prioritized business objectives and requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, project management skills, and strong communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Execute the MarTech roadmap and provide guidance, direction, and leadership over the team's day-to-day activities across application implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance. Optimize the speed and quality of MarTech operations and deliverables by partnering with business owners, other IT teams, and external vendors to drive continuous improvement, and assess/create/improve current operational processes, tools and/or services. Ensure systems are well configured, accessible, and fully leveraged. Cultivate an engaged and high-performing team through intentional team development, ongoing guidance, training, and career development. Foster a collaborative environment, encourage knowledge sharing and cross team collaboration to drive innovation and problem solving. Engage with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure business alignment and a focus on the right problems to solve. Keep stakeholders updated throughout the development cycle. Manage team capacity and task assignments to support current and upcoming project demands. Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues and help remove blockers to maintain project momentum.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise.
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation, content management systems, or other marketing technology tools
  • 2+ years of experience leading technology teams in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, including capacity planning, project management, task prioritization, and workload management.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
