As MarTech Lead for Property and Casualty, you will serve as the quarterback for the P&C marketing technology strategy, driving execution of Association-wide capabilities while delivering outcomes for the business while shaping the broader MarTech You will lead an agile team focused on leveraging Association‑wide MarTech capabilities within P&C, ensuring they are adopted in ways that meaningfully improve speed, personalization, and measurement, unlocking value across the full MarTech ecosystem, including data and decisioning, workflow automation, content management, and channel delivery platforms. This role is foundational ensuring seamless integration and alignment with Association standards while enabling unified, privacy-compliant customer profiles and personalized experiences at scale. By championing a data‑first approach, you will power advanced segmentation and decisioning and orchestrate how content and campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized across digital and offline channels. You will partner with cross functional teams to deliver scalable compliant solutions. As a trusted advisor and thought leader, you will mentor talent, influence Association strategy, and ensure an evolving infrastructure that meets business and regulatory requirements, adapts to emerging trends, and positions USAA at the forefront of MarTech innovation. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL.
