Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in orthopedics medical education. With a corporate mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better, Arthrex has pioneered the field of arthroscopy and develops more than 1,000 innovative products and procedures each year that support all aspects of orthopedics. The Marketing Technology User Experience team is responsible for designing the corporate websites, mobile applications and direct to patient microsites that support health care professionals, sales representatives and prospective patients. We are a fast paced, fun, and collaborative team searching for an intern who enjoys uncovering user insights, translating business requirements into clear design direction, and collaborating across disciplines to bring ideas to life. The selected student will work closely with our UX design team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that enhance product understanding and usability. The objective is to support the design and improvement of our digital platforms, and user interfaces, ensuring they are accessible, compliant, and effectively communicate the benefits of our medical devices to healthcare professionals and patients. This internship will run from May 2026 - August 2026. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.
