We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you. About the Internship: We are looking for an individual to join our Marketing Technology (MarTech) team. You will be embedded within the Marketing Strategy & Operations organization, which manages over 65 tech tools and the end-to-end data flow for millions of leads. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented problem solver who is eager to learn how a world-class enterprise scales its marketing engine through automation and data hygiene. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to streamline our digital infrastructure and explore the future of AI in marketing.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field with a graduation date of Dec. 2026 or May/June 2027
  • Organizational Powerhouse: You have a meticulous approach to file management and a proven ability to handle complex data entry with high accuracy.
  • Effective Communicator: You can distill technical processes into clear written documentation and collaborate confidently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious & Proactive: You are a self-starter who is genuinely excited about exploring new technologies, specifically the application of AI within business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Digital Infrastructure: Audit and reorganize our MarTech digital assets and cloud storage systems to ensure peak team efficiency and better data retrieval.
  • Drive Process Excellence: Document end-to-end MarTech processes and create clear guidelines for documentation management.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Support the team with critical data hygiene tasks and manage access requests for our extensive suite of marketing tools.
  • Innovate with AI: Research and evaluate emerging AI tools for content generation and data analysis, potentially contributing to proof-of-concept AI projects.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work directly with Marketing leads to support the tech lifecycle and ensure seamless software integrations.
  • MarTech Stretch Project: You’ll have the opportunity to work on a project where you’ll get to collaborate with multiple teams, propose a solution to a complex problem, and present your findings and recommendations to Senior Leadership.
