As a Marketing Systems Manager, you will be the bridge between our marketing strategy and flawless execution. In this role, you will own the end-to-end management of high-impact and cross-functional marketing projects. You will build and maintain detailed project plans, track progress and proactively identify risks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time. The Marketing Operations team at Vanta ensures that systems, processes and data are in place for marketing to run efficiently. The Marketing Systems Manager will lead the planning and execution of strategic initiatives by aligning stakeholders on program goals, scope and success metrics. They will design and implement scalable workflows, intake processes, templates and playbooks to support repeatable program execution.

Requirements

  • Deep experience designing, managing, and optimizing complex marketing tech stacks in fast-growing B2B tech environments
  • Demonstrated ability to translate marketing system design into measurable business impact, defining KPIs, optimizing processes, and driving pipeline and ROI outcomes
  • Expertise in mapping end-to-end marketing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and building automated, scalable processes that enhance efficiency and campaign effectiveness
  • Enthusiastic about leveraging AI-powered tools to improve targeting, personalization and operational efficiency
  • Skilled at aligning marketing, sales, and analytics teams through system design, mentoring junior team members, and translating technical complexity into actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing technology architecture across our marketing automation platform (Hubspot), marketing tools, CRM (Salesforce), to ensure scalable, integrated, and high-performing systems that support marketing objectives
  • Design, optimize, and automate end-to-end marketing workflows, including lead routing, scoring, nurturing, campaign orchestration, and cross-channel data flows to maximize efficiency and pipeline impact
  • Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to enhance personalization, predictive insights, and operational efficiency across marketing campaigns and outreach
  • Champion data quality, governance, and process documentation to ensure marketing systems provide reliable insights for decision-making and executive reporting
