About The Position

This position supports the Lane Venture marketing team in promoting furniture products and the brand across multiple channels. The role includes supporting the team with clerical and administrative tasks including maintaining accurate content, managing marketing materials, and assisting with the coordination of marketing campaigns, while ensuring consistent brand representation across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support.
Proficient with marketing software and tools (Adobe software)
Proficient in Excel and all Microsoft software
Strong organization skills and attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Must be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Maintaining the product price books with precise product information, images, and pricing.
Managing updates to the company website and e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Conducting data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance.
Managing and updating marketing materials, website content, and other media platforms.
Maintaining the product calendar to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets.
Supporting the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and catalogs.
Assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns for furniture collections, seasonal promotions, and showroom events.
Helping to organize events for the furniture market.
Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry and scheduling.
Ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to across all channels and materials.
Possible occasional travel for the furniture market may be required.
