About The Position

The Field Marketing Supervisor (FMS) is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with dispensary accounts, supporting the local sales team in meeting or exceeding sales goals, and collaborating with the local marketing and promotions teams to facilitate events. This role involves leading a team of Brand Ambassadors, managing marketing materials, and providing event support. The FMS focuses on local field team and specific tasks, including event coordination, and plays a critical role in executing marketing requests, supporting community efforts, and tracking marketing materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or related fields.
  • 1+ years of experience in the cannabis industry or strong knowledge of cannabis brands and products is highly preferred.
  • 1+ years of customer service or people-oriented fields experience is strongly desired.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong technical proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) as required by the role.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with dispensary accounts and schedule events (e.g., Patient Appreciation Days, Jeeter University, special promotions).
  • Collaborate with marketing and special events departments to coordinate event logistics, including staffing and scheduling.
  • Update data tracking spreadsheets based on changing variables to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Provide event coverage for Brand Ambassadors during PAD events as needed.
  • Manage and track marketing materials, ensuring timely reorder requests for the region's storage unit.
  • Execute all marketing requests from management and provide timely updates.
  • Manage external vendors for in-field activities.
  • Support the marketing department with budget management, including processing and tracking invoices, reconciling costs, and providing monthly accrual reports.
  • Gauge store traffic and collect market feedback to inform strategy and initiatives.
