The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for executing strategic marketing plans through the marketing team to achieve organizational goals, strengthen brand awareness, and ensure exceptional customer care for all Westfield brands and customers. This individual will provide strong leadership to guide the effective operations of a marketing team, driving excellence in promoting Westfield and its family of brands.

  • Lead the execution of the strategic marketing plans from start to finish, leveraging the internal team, measuring results, and driving collaboration.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Marketing team, providing coaching and development while leveraging each team member’s strengths.
  • Collaborate with the sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business strategies and are tracked at all times.
  • Maintain a strong brand presence, ensuring brand guidelines are followed across all marketing platforms.
  • Work with Brand Development Strategist to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Lead the team to effectively to: - Launch new CPG items - Maintain strong website, social media, and in-store presence - Establish Westfield as an influencer and a source of industry resources - Grow brand awareness and maintain high level of brand consistency - Oversee content creation; video, photography, social media, websites, and print
  • Communicate marketing plans and results to leadership.
  • Oversee all daily functions of Westfield brands marketing, to ensure all projects are sorted, ranked by importance, and efficiently completed in a timely manner.
  • Perform all duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3+ Years in Team Leadership
  • 1-3+ Years of Marketing Experience
  • Videography and Photography experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency
  • Complete support of and willing adherence to Westfield Egg Farm’s mission, vision, and core values. Applicant must hold these standards as his/her own.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • The ability to interpret documents such as standard operating procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages,
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra through the use of Excel sheets.

  • Batchlor’s Degree or relevant experience preferred
  • Marketing and leadership experience are preferred.
