About the Internship: We are seeking a Summer Marketing Intern to join our Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. This paid, hands-on program is designed for those who are eager to gain real-world marketing experience while contributing to meaningful business initiatives. Throughout the program, you’ll gain exposure to brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, and consumer insights—while learning how marketing drives results at a global organization.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- At least 18 years old by the start of the program
- Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
- Creative thinker with an interest in branding and storytelling
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a global lifestyle brand
- Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams and sharing ideas
- Comfortable working with data to understand performance, trends, and opportunities (Excel/Google Sheets experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, or analytics is a plus
- Excel/Google Sheets experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Contribute to real-world marketing projects that support brand initiatives and campaigns
- Assist with areas such as brand marketing, digital marketing, social media, content creation, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and campaign execution
- Support market research, trend analysis, and performance reporting to help inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, E-commerce, Merchandising, and Analytics
- Partner with a dedicated mentor for guidance, feedback, and professional development
- Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions focused on marketing and business fundamentals
- Network with fellow interns and team members across the organization
- Present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program
- Bring creativity, curiosity, and fresh ideas to collaborative team projects
