UPMC Corporate Marketing is seeking a Marketing Strategy Expert to join our team. This full‑time role follows a Monday–Friday, standard business‑hours schedule. The position is fully remote, and candidates must reside within the Eastern Time Zone, with a strong preference for those located in Pennsylvania. The Marketing Strategy Expert is responsible for leading high-priority strategic efforts that directly affect member acquisition, engagement, education, retention and/or provider communications. In addition to developing and executing strategic marketing activities/campaigns/tactics, the Marketing Strategy Expert must be able to multi-task, work well with internal clients and departments, maintain relationships with external vendors, interpret current and future business needs, assess member, provider and market response to health plan and competitor initiatives, improve process and cost-efficiency, and provide strategic input across all strategies and campaigns. All of this must align with and support goals and objectives. This role is intended to serve as a subject matter expert relative to area(s) covered.
