About The Position

The Assistant, Marketing Strategy will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across the beauty business. You'll be actively involved in supporting the development of marketing plans, researching market trends, and contributing to the success of our campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (or relevant internship experience).
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and a passion for building brand messaging and strategies.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and professional development.
  • Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Strategy team in developing marketing plans across key timeframes, categories, and event types.
  • Support the seasonal and monthly planning process to ensure alignment on product priorities, launch cadences and event architecture.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing tactical support, including:
  • Collaborate with partners on all materials needed for creative style-outs and presentations
  • Creating and distributing meeting agendas and follow-up action items
  • Facilitating asset reviews to confirm timely feedback and adherence to brief
  • Coordinating requests for marketing tactics and manage media changes
  • Analyze marketing data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, content creation, creative, Digital/Customer teams, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and consumer insights.
