About The Position

Liberty Insurance Agency is seeking a Marketing Strategist focused on Brand & Producer Enablement to lead firm-wide brand awareness initiatives while partnering directly with producers to develop and execute individualized marketing strategies. This role is designed for a self-directed professional services marketer with experience supporting long sales cycles, relationship-driven business development, and consultative selling environments. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, deep social media expertise, and the ability to drive adoption and accountability across senior sales professionals. This is not an entry-level and does have task-based responsibilities for content creation and execution. This is not a mass marketing/advertising role. It is a combination of strategic and producer-facing responsible for building marketing materials, improving consistency, and multiplying producer effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing experience within any of the following: ○ Commercial insurance brokerage ○ Employee benefits consulting ○ Financial services ○ Legal, accounting, or other professional services firms
  • Demonstrated experience supporting long sales cycles and relationship-based sales environments with a focus on business to business (B2B) sales
  • Strong experience with: ○ Social media management ○ Content strategy and execution ○ Audience segmentation ○ Email marketing campaigns
  • Experience developing and tracking KPIs
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Proven ability to work self-directed with strong follow-through
  • Experience working directly with senior professionals or sales teams

Nice To Haves

  • 2 – 6 years Experience in a middle-market or B2B professional services environment
  • Familiarity with EOS or accountability-driven organizations
  • Experience developing brand guidelines or marketing governance frameworks
  • Experience aligning marketing strategy with sales enablement

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing firm-wide brand awareness, messaging, and thought leadership through content and campaign execution including social media
  • Driving producer marketing adoption through structured, individualized marketing plans
  • Establishing marketing processes, governance, and performance measurement, ultimately success is measured getting new opportunities into the top of the funnel
  • Evaluate, iterate, and maintain Liberty’s brand guidelines and governance standards (messaging, tone, visual consistency, content standards)
  • Lead Liberty’s social media management and content strategy, with a primary focus on LinkedIn for professional audiences
  • Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy aligned with Liberty’s consultative approach and long sales cycles
  • Support SEO fundamentals, including content optimization, keyword alignment, and landing page strategy
  • Assist in audience segmentation and messaging strategies for different industries, buyer personas, and producer niches
  • Support firm-level marketing initiatives related to recruiting, events, webinars, and carrier relationships
  • Partner with senior leadership to align marketing priorities with firm growth objectives
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to 10+ producers (required engagement)
  • Conduct regular 1:1 strategy sessions to build individualized marketing plans aligned with each producer’s niche, goals, and strengths
  • Design marketing initiatives that support long-term relationship building and multi-stage sales cycles, not transactional campaigns
  • Create producer-specific content, social media strategies, email campaigns, and marketing materials
  • Train and guide producers on effective use of marketing tools, content, and social platforms
  • Act as a strategic advisor to producers — not an order taker
  • Support lead nurturing and follow-up strategies in coordination with sales leadership
  • Develop and track KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure marketing effectiveness, producer adoption, and brand visibility
  • Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting to senior management
  • Support email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, client communication, and thought leadership
  • Assist with webinar and event marketing, including promotion, registration coordination, and post-event follow-up
  • Maintain consistent marketing presence across digital platforms
