The Position As a Marketing Strategist, you will author and oversee the development of integrated marketing and enrollment strategies that drive measurable outcomes for our higher education client partners. Unlike agencies focused solely on awareness and lead generation, VisionPoint delivers full-funnel strategies that support institutions from prospect discovery through enrollment, retention, and beyond. This role requires a strategist who understands the admissions and enrollment lifecycle and can translate research, data, and institutional priorities into actionable marketing direction. You will serve as the senior thought leader on assigned accounts, leading research and discovery, crafting comprehensive marketing and enrollment plans, guiding cross-functional execution, and delivering compelling strategic presentations. You will collaborate closely with Client Experience, Client Operations, Media, Creative, Analytics, CRM, and Web teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective implementation. This role also supports agency growth through business development contributions and reports to the Director of Strategy.
