About The Position

The primary focus of this role is to support integrated marketing campaigns, new product launches, and product ‑ promotion initiatives for the Sales Planning Department. Responsibilities include designing and generating content for both digital platforms and print literature. Key projects involve developing marketing collateral for new product launches, coordinating release schedules with Product Management and Engineering teams, and communicating with internal and external partners. The position will also assist with editing motion videos, creating technical presentations, and maintaining the product database as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in integrated B2B marketing
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Ability to design, edit, and publish creative high ‑ quality contents across digital and print channels
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot
  • Strong SEO analytical skills to interpret data and evaluate campaign performance
  • Experience with website development; e ‑ commerce expertise is a valuable plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadline ‑ driven projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Skilled at working effectively with suppliers, sales teams, engineering and manufacturing colleagues, and senior leadership across all levels

Responsibilities

  • Support Integrated Marketing Campaigns, New Product Launches, and Product Promotions.
  • Design, edit, and publish contents using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) across digital and print channels, including the corporate website, social media, and industry advertisements.
  • Develop and maintain product literature, including brochures, technical handbooks, promotional flyers, and other collateral.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to coordinate comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Assist with video editing and production as needed.
  • Prepare email campaigns using marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Support the design and development of product website landing pages.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and paid advertising.
  • Assist in the design, layout, and editing of the bi ‑ annual general catalog (approximately 1,250 pages).
  • Design promotional giveaway items while maintaining consistent branding and visual identity.
  • Provide support in planning and organizing on exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.
  • Coordinate general sales inquiries and issues with Sales Planning Supervisor.
  • Comply Sumitomo’s branding concepts and guidelines.
  • Maintain good relationships with Sales Planning Department’ suppliers.
  • Support other Sales Planning projects as needed.
  • Contributes to team effort by assisting for others as needed; by following internal policies and procedures; and by communicating business-related information to relevant staffs and managements.
