About The Position

The Marketing Specialist functions a hands-on role in fulfilling creative marketing initiatives. The role is instrumental in all marketing components including social media, digital and video content creation.

Requirements

Must be friendly and able to meet and greet general public at events.
Solid understanding of social media and content creation, including social media apps and current trends.
Capable of creating engaging video and photography with a smartphone and/or camera.
Familiarity with content editing software: Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva or other software.
Some understanding of paid search engine marketing and search engine optimization helpful.
Proper utilization of grammar with fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred).
Available to work five days a week including weekends when needed.
Willing to travel to local events, generally in the Kendall area.
Excellent communication skills.
Bilingual.
Pursuit or completion of B.A. or B.S. Degree
Must have a valid driver's license.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a thorough drug and background screening to include MVR.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with marketing team on varied projects and productes content for social media and dealer websites.
Hands-on involvement in event planning and activations. Engages with the community at event activations to help promote the company and generate sales and service awareness.
Updates creative changes on websites and social media.
Assists with daily operation of the marketing group.
Assists marketing team in responding to online reviews on google, yelp and other review platforms.
Reports to marketing director as well as sales and service leadership.
Maintains a professional appearance, and a clean and organized work environment.
Adjusts to additional responsibilities as needed.
