About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead integrated marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C channels within the automobile transportation brokerage industry. This role is responsible for driving demand generation, increasing brand visibility, supporting sales growth, and representing the company at key national industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in service-based or logistics-related industries with B2B and B2C exposure.
  • Proven success executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, analytics platforms, marketing automation, SEM, paid social, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies targeting dealerships, fleet operators, relocation partners, and consumers. Build and optimize campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, digital advertising, and content marketing to drive inbound leads and booked shipments.
  • Audience Segmentation & Conversion Optimization Segment audiences using customer type, behavioral, and demographic data. Optimize websites, quote funnels, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI. Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve results.
  • Analytics & Reporting Track and report key metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, and customer acquisition cost. Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue and service delivery goals.
  • Budget, Vendors & Market Intelligence Manage marketing budgets and external vendors effectively. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to strengthen positioning and messaging.
  • Industry Events & Trade Shows Identify and manage participation in national automobile transportation, automotive, fleet, and relocation trade shows. Oversee registration, sponsorships, booth setup, logistics, and on-site execution. Attend events nationwide to engage prospects, partners, and customers, and support sales efforts. Measure and report trade show ROI and maintain an annual events calendar.
