Opportunity Overview: We are now looking for a Marketing Specialist to enable explosive growth in the Teradyne Memory Division. The team is responsible for quote-to-cash, new product commercialization, and business operations process improvement. You will be a key cross-functional team member, collaborating across operations, manufacturing, engineering, finance, product marketing, and business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree or a Bachelor of Arts degree
  • Master’s in Business/Economics/Engineering- preferred
  • 3+ years with BS or 1 year with MS in supply chain planning, business administration, engineering, or project management or similar
  • Analytical mindset, capable of organizing, validating, and interpreting large amounts of information
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, can work well with many teams
  • Expertise in guiding and influencing within a dynamic matrixed environment
  • Ability to communicate in a pan pacific environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Korean or Chinese language skills are preferred
  • Experience in product configuration is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute product quote activities.
  • Learn product expertise to interpret customer requests and apply the correct part numbers / pricing.
  • Use Teamcenter to create saleable part numbers.
  • Commercialize these part numbers by applying pricing models, determining rules of configurability, and implementing them in Salesforce.
  • Perform Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and CPQ (Customer Price Quote) design and test activities to automate quote-to-cash processes and generate valuable business insight for management.
  • Establish pricing models that are aligned with the product roadmap and business development strategy.
  • Coordinate with engineering, business development and operations to align all parties around the system build plan.
  • Interpret data from Oracle, Salesforce, and Lotus Notes to identify and fix discrepancies.
  • Ensure demand-supply alignment and optimization.
  • Understand dynamic changes in supply and apply creative solutions to ensure demand is met.
  • Prepare and present data to management and stakeholders to summarize key findings and make recommendations.
