Who We're Looking For: As a pivotal member of CREtelligent’s marketing team, the Marketing Specialist helps shape how we engage prospects and customers, building awareness, strengthening relationships, and fueling demand through standout campaigns. We’re looking for a versatile marketer who can support both strategy and day to day execution across multiple channels, including email, paid and organic search, social platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.), digital ads, and direct mail. You’ll partner closely with teams across marketing, product, sales, and operations to activate our strategic vision and drive meaningful business impact. Requirements

  • This role is based out of our corporate office in Gold River, CA.
  • An AA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or at least four years of equivalent marketing experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Two or more years of hands on marketing experience, ideally with exposure to email marketing, digital advertising, and content development.
  • Have a proven ability to manage social media channels and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is required.
  • The ideal candidate has experience managing website content and updates.
  • Comfort using marketing technology platforms and basic data analysis is expected.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential.
  • A creative mindset and enthusiasm for developing impactful marketing campaigns and design concepts are important.
  • We’re looking for a collaborative, reliable team member who works well across departments.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment is critical.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe tools is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Property Technology (PropTech), Commercial Real Estate, or marketing product and service based platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • CRM and Campaign Management Develop and execute multi channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, deepen engagement, and generate qualified leads.
  • Build and configure audience segments aligned with the ideal customer profile.
  • Manage end to end campaign setup; including content creation, approvals, QA testing, deployment, and performance reporting.
  • Create compelling, on brand email content to support campaign objectives.
  • Social Media Strategy and Execution Own company social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, audience growth, and strong engagement.
  • Monitor performance analytics and refine strategies to maximize reach and impact.
  • Lead Prospecting Use AI enabled tools within our martech stack to build targeted audiences and automated workflows that drive engagement, demand, and lead generation.
  • Leverage platforms such as HubSpot (preferred), ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, Dripify, and other marketing technologies.
  • Events and Client Engagement Plan and execute conferences, webinars, and client events, coordinating across teams to deliver excellent experiences.
  • Lead promotional efforts for events across social media, email, and CRM channels.
  • Support logistics and operations for tradeshows, conferences, and other field marketing activities.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support team goals.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration Partner with internal teams and external subject matter experts to develop, refine, and publish high quality content.
  • Apply KPI tracking and measurement frameworks to optimize strategy and improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $110,000
