Support marketing and sales initiatives including project positioning, timelines, social media, sales center, and model graphics set up, advertising, signage, collateral design, etc. Responsible for creating/updating fresh website content and descriptions, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive online success. Identify the target audience, craft, and initiate email campaigns to generate excitement and capture leads for communities. Design captivating displays and engaging digital content for sales office TV displays via Screencloud. Coordinate the procurement of model and spec home photography, ensuring the maintenance of current and accurate imagery. Arrange virtual staging as needed. Flyer Creation and Printing (Spec Flyers, Price Sheets, Included Feature Sheets, Community Maps, and any other collateral as needed) Assist in coordination with third party vendors including signage companies, digital advertising consultants, and model maintenance services. Work in coordination with National Design team for design of Model Home/New community exterior signage and interior graphics and coordinate install. Provide ongoing community presentation audit/assessment from consumer's point-of-view ensuring integrity of signage, flags, welcome mats, etc. Event planning, coordinating, and executing for grand openings, consumers and real estate agents. Evaluate community traffic, inventory, and overall sales to tailor marketing and advertising needs for each community. Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. In addition to the specified responsibilities, this role may require the individual to undertake other duties as necessary to contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the team and organization.
