Job Description: In this role, you will support Job Duck by strengthening the organization’s marketing engine through strategic planning, thoughtful execution, and consistent performance tracking. You will help optimize campaigns, improve analytics accuracy, and ensure the leadership team receives meaningful, reliable reports that guide decision making. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, working collaboratively across teams, and transforming data, feedback, and creative insights into impactful marketing activities. Requirements

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics dashboards, and digital advertising platforms
  • Proficiency with CRM systems including Lawmatics
  • Ability to use RingCentral for communication
  • Ability to use Teams for internal collaboration
  • Proficiency with Outlook for email and calendar organization
  • Familiarity with Filevine
  • Ability to manage, update, and perform minor tasks within WordPress
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising dashboards
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for content generation and marketing strategy support

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with outside marketing vendors
  • Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Verify CRM data accuracy within Lawmatics
  • Use AI tools to support content generation and marketing strategy
  • Create and manage newsletters and eblasts
  • Work within Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social advertising dashboards
  • Develop social media calendars and publish content across platforms
  • Monitor SEO performance and assist with paid search initiatives
  • Perform minor updates and support tasks in WordPress
  • Manage and support a marketing assistant
  • Deliver accurate, comprehensive marketing reports for leadership
  • Conduct marketing research to support strategy development
  • Create and edit short videos for marketing use
  • Gather feedback from intake and sales teams and convert insights into actionable marketing activities
  • Create and monitor glidepaths and nurturing campaigns
  • Produce marketing content, including web copy and campaign copy
