About The Position

This position will support and execute marketing initiatives that promote our aftermarket accessories company across retail, digital, and wholesale channels. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented marketer with a passion for automotive products and brand building. This position will be responsible for: Lead the charge with planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, radio, and print channels Create and manage content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and product launches that appeal to both current and prospective Guests and Customers Create organic and original short form video content for our social media accounts Drafts and posts responses to all online reviews on Google, Facebook, and other platforms Effectively request and track Co-op dollars from Vendors, and ensure the dollars are spent on approved advertising that increases brand visibility Coordinate product photography, videos, and promotional content Works with each of our retail stores to ensure high-quality in-store signage and displays that represent us well Lead coordination for trade shows, events, and other marketing efforts Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement and ROI Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials Work cohesively with the Radco Leadership Team and the Radco Retail Store Managers Collaborate with our E-commerce team to drive online sales Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket products offerings Assist with other marketing projects and tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience.
  • A good working knowledge of marketing practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a Team.
