Requirements

  • Proven marketing experience, ideally within B2B technology or software environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated content creation abilities
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency across digital marketing channels including email marketing and social media platforms
  • Hands-on experience with design tools (Canva) and AI-powered content creation tools
  • Familiarity with modern marketing technology stacks (Marketo, Salesforce preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking marketing KPIs and ROI metrics
  • Quick learner who adapts easily to new marketing technologies and platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Understanding of paid media strategies and account-based marketing principles
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital advertising platforms

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, partner marketing, and social media to generate high-quality leads
  • Collaborate with Paid Media Lead to optimise PPC campaigns and landing pages for maximum conversion
  • Drive account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives including audience segmentation, creative development, and performance optimization
  • Develop compelling marketing content including email campaigns, social media posts, and campaign assets using Canva and AI tools
  • Create conversion-focused assets that support the autonomous buyer journey at every stage
  • Leverage AI (Copilot) to accelerate content production, generate insights, and enhance campaign performance
  • Build and optimize email nurture sequences and lifecycle campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion
  • Manage organic social media presence on LinkedIn, aligning content strategy with campaign objectives
  • Support SEO initiatives and digital advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation
  • Monitor campaign performance across the entire marketing funnel and identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales Development teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and follow-up processes
  • Track KPIs, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
