About The Position

The Marketing Specialist serves as a strategic contributor within Brighton Center’s marketing department, with primary responsibility for shaping, developing and guiding multi-channel marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and support organizational growth. This role exercises independent judgment in defining channel strategies, optimizing digital ecosystems, and ensuring effective performance across email, CRM, content, social media and creative direction. Working under the direction of the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist prioritizes projects independently, evaluates marketing opportunities, and makes data-informed decisions that influence campaign direction, messaging frameworks and resource allocation. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong strategic thinking, advanced writing capabilities, and the ability to interpret analytics to drive continuous improvement across all marketing functions.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of campaigns and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail and quality control.
  • Demonstrated experience leading messaging frameworks, editorial direction and social media strategy.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and apply insights to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Understanding of advertising fundamentals and how marketing efforts impact organizational performance.
  • Experience with a CRM system and marketing platforms; HighLevel experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with Meta Business Suite and social media management platform.
  • Comfort with basic graphic/video editing tools and proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (e.g. Canva and/or similar editing platforms).
  • Experience working with multiple lines of business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, shifting priorities, and time-sensitive deliverables.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Ability to monitor a computer screen for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity for extensive keyboard use and digital editing tasks.
