About The Position

The Marketing Specialist II supports the execution and coordination of marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness, support commercial initiatives, and promote the company’s products and services. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role contributes to the planning, development, and implementation of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including trade shows and events, marketing communications, digital platforms, and promotional campaigns. This position plays an important role in managing marketing projects, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring marketing activities are executed efficiently and in alignment with company branding and messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or advertising.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience coordinating marketing events, trade shows, or promotional campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage projects from concept through execution.
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically to support marketing events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing programs and campaigns aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead coordination and logistics for trade shows, industry events, customer programs, and internal meetings, including planning timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
  • Assist in the development and production of marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, presentations, social media content, and other digital and print communications.
  • Manage and maintain marketing assets including promotional materials, event supplies, and branded collateral.
  • Maintain and update marketing channels including website content, social media platforms, and email communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, technical, and operations groups to support marketing initiatives and project deliverables.
  • Assist with gathering and analyzing market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity to support marketing initiatives.
  • Track marketing activities and campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and media partners to coordinate advertising placements, promotional items, and event services.
  • Develop marketing presentations and materials for internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and customer-facing initiatives.
  • Support global marketing initiatives by collaborating with international marketing teams to ensure brand alignment.
  • Travel periodically to support trade show setup, coordination, and event execution.
