About The Position

The Marketing Specialist, Consumer Banking and Community Partnerships leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for consumer banking services and relevant community partnerships.  Works collaboratively to grow the Sunrise Banks brand presence and reputation with key audiences.  Partners with revenue lines to help them meet their goals while measuring success.  Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).

Requirements

  • 4-Year college degree or equivalent experience required; marketing major preferred.
  • Three (3) years marketing experience, with progressive responsibilities, required.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English, required.
  • Superior skill set in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Experience with Marketing Operations software, e.g. Monday.com and HubSpot, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own planning and execution relating to demand generation, campaign performance and marketing strategy for our consumer retail products and services.
  • Manage community and cause-marketing partnerships to ensure our investments and impact are maximized.
  • Create and distribute scalable assets, tools, and marketing campaigns that can be customized or localized for maximum impact.
  • Effectively manage the multimedia advertising and promotional programs (e.g. digital and traditional advertising, web content, blogs, social media, CRM activities and sales collateral) that drive preference and demand for our brands and channels.
  • Collaborate with Manager, Marketing Automation, Analytics and Insights to measure and report on key KPIs.
  • Partner with Communications Manager for media relations, press releases and other editorial needs.
  • Partner with compliance team to ensure all messaging meets regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify marketing priorities.
  • Work with Marketing Assistant, create opportunities for community engagement through strategic tradeshows and events (may involve working some nights and weekends).
  • Manage invoicing and track budget relating to applicable Marketing efforts.
  • Partner with Marketing colleagues to build and deploy brand-building strategies on a local level.
  • Partner with Manager, Brand and Creative to define and educate our brand positioning and value to internal and external audiences.
