As the Marketing Services Manager for the Northern California Area Water Business Group (NorCal WBG), you’ll be helping to lead a team that is at the forefront of driving innovation, building strategic partnerships, and unlocking new opportunities in drinking water, wastewater, and water resources planning and design. Working in partnership with the Northern California WBG Business Development Leaders (BDLs) and Management, the Marketing Services Manager is responsible for leading a group of marketing coordinators and proposal managers to implement effective go/no-go decisions, create effective strategies and messaging for NorCal WBG client pursuits, deliver top quality proposals and interviews, and partner with the management team to meet our growth goals.
