About The Position

The Marketing Services Associate is a key contributor to the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, providing hands-on support for catalog assembly, literature fulfillment, sample shipping, and tradeshow preparation. This role ensures that internal teams and customers receive accurate and timely materials that support sales, education, and brand awareness. This person is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures.
  • Good telephone technique.
  • Skill and proficiency in the use of personal computer software programs including Microsoft Office, excel, word and outlook.
  • Knowledge of general office equipment.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One year office experience.
  • Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
  • Ensure compliance to all FDA and Worldwide Quality & Compliance regulations (As applicable to the job function).
  • Must have the education and experience to understand and comply with U.S. and Worldwide medical device regulations (As applicable to your job function).
  • Attend all required Quality & Compliance training at the specified interval.
  • Adopt the “Beyond Compliance Quality Culture” in the work environment; always meet and exceed requirements.
  • Sitting, Standing, walking up and down stairs.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Attention to detail including spelling and punctuation.
  • Reading and understanding documents.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of CRM not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Catalog Assembly: Prepare and assemble marketing catalogs for sales representatives and customers.
  • Literature Handling: Organize, count, and bundle brochures and other promotional materials for distribution.
  • Sample Fulfillment: Ship product samples to customers using Starship, include relevant marketing literature, log activities in Salesforce, and provide shipment tracking.
  • Tradeshow Support: Assist the Exhibits team with preparing and packing sample kits for upcoming tradeshows, and other support as requested.
