The Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager is the "Player-Coach" responsible for building and executing RTG’s marketing engine. This is a hybrid role that requires a balance of hands-on creation and strategic project management. You will be responsible for the daily pulse of our brand—writing content, updating the website, and creating standard sales tools yourself—while simultaneously managing external freelancers and vendors for complex design, video, or large-scale print initiatives. You are the architect of the strategy, but you are also willing to lay the bricks.
