About The Position

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring an experienced Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator to support our Corporate Headquarters located in Indianapolis, IN. As a Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will serve as a critical liaison between marketing and sales, driving alignment, accelerating pipeline growth, and supporting Legacy's aggressive business development strategy. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match. What to expect as a Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator: Collaborate with sales teams across all Legacy business units to accelerate pipeline and revenue goals. Develop and execute lead-generation and nurturing campaigns to build relationships and move leads through the lifecycle. Partner with the Marketing team and external agencies to create campaigns, materials, and sales support programs. Manage inbound lead channels, including initial engagement, qualification, and handoff to business development. Ensure accountability for marketing-generated leads and provide value-add support on individual sales opportunities. Identify and research target prospect companies and contacts; execute account exploration and mining tactics. Maintain CRM data integrity and support governance, reporting, dashboards, and user training. Create closed-loop visibility between sales and marketing campaigns. Research competitor tactics, market conditions, and industry trends to inform strategy. Support internal and external communications initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create compelling content tailored to audience segments.
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to support multiple teams and programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Desire and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
