Legacy Supply Chain is hiring an experienced Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator to support our Corporate Headquarters located in Indianapolis, IN. As a Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will serve as a critical liaison between marketing and sales, driving alignment, accelerating pipeline growth, and supporting Legacy's aggressive business development strategy. What to expect as a Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator: Collaborate with sales teams across all Legacy business units to accelerate pipeline and revenue goals. Develop and execute lead-generation and nurturing campaigns to build relationships and move leads through the lifecycle. Partner with the Marketing team and external agencies to create campaigns, materials, and sales support programs. Manage inbound lead channels, including initial engagement, qualification, and handoff to business development. Ensure accountability for marketing-generated leads and provide value-add support on individual sales opportunities. Identify and research target prospect companies and contacts; execute account exploration and mining tactics. Maintain CRM data integrity and support governance, reporting, dashboards, and user training. Create closed-loop visibility between sales and marketing campaigns. Research competitor tactics, market conditions, and industry trends to inform strategy. Support internal and external communications initiatives.
