We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Manager to support marketing resources tools in our Field Campaigns department by delivering top-tier tools, resources, and customer service. This role will be responsible for project management, content creation, training support, virtual event coordination, digital communications, and cross-campaign collaboration that drives engagement and revenue growth. The location is flexible for this position. Expected pay will be $75,000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented manager with strong skills in content creation, event logistics, communication, and stakeholder coordination. They must be adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.   • Track deadlines and deliverables across various campaign projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee planning and execution of National Events, including Impact Campaign Nominee Boot Camps.
  • Coordinate with National Leads on content development (run of show, slide decks, pre-recorded content, and materials).
  • Manage event logistics such as technology setup, website development, and in-person coordination.
  • Develop essential materials such as Boot Camp Guides, invitations, staff emails, and calendar notices.
  • Create and update development materials to equip the field team with effective tools and resources for revenue growth.
  • Evaluate gaps in existing materials and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead content creation and management for key campaign resources.
  • Oversee website content updates and project manage the production of Time/Forbes ads.
  • Support in-person Boot Camps, including Socials and HC Boot Camps, ED/VP Boot Camp, and Impact Campaign Boot Camp.
  • Collaborate with National Leads to develop training content, presentations, and participant guides.
  • Manage content delivery logistics and coordinate with internal stakeholders and speakers.
  • Manage direct response marketing campaigns for socials, including list segmentation and campaign execution.
  • Oversee content development and messaging for email campaigns, digital ads, and internal communications.
  • Oversee the Impact Campaign reconciliation process to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
  • Oversee campaign incentives, merchandise, and promotional inventory, managing vendor relationships and fulfillment logistics.
  • Degree or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of experience in program management, event planning, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in content creation, resource development, and training materials design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with virtual event platforms and basic video editing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
