About The Position

Production Responsible for personal performance metrics. Responsible for team performance metrics. Assist with closing of tours for other pre-arrival marketing team members. Executes Strategy Execute tactical marketing plans as set by Marketing Leadership to exceed plan; tour flow; cost/sales, efficiency, and net volume targets for local Marketing. Train & onboard marketing team members. Champion Hilton quality customer care culture throughout all Marketing channels. Drives Execution Handle marketing related guest issues. Assist with tour or marketing related issues. Handle Administrative tasks including data management and scheduling. Build and Lead Talent Assist with ongoing training to increase production. Proactively seek and schedule ongoing workshops and training sessions to support maximum production, team building and corporate culture. Drive for Results Monitor the Marketing Coordinator’s sales pitch and customer interactions. Facilitate IH marketing initiatives on the floor. Responsible for ensuring all marketing initiatives are being delivered. Create and foster and motivated team environment out in the field. Overall Must be available to work weekends, holidays, mornings, nights, and any other days/ hours as required per business needs. Carries out all reasonable requests by management.
