Under general direction of the Marketing Manager the Confirmations Coordinator makes outbound as well as received inbound telephone calls from a list of provided by the company based on reservations set by the Marketing Teams. Requirements

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet with strangers and develop conversation easily.
  • Strong sense of customer service with enthusiastic, energetic and professional behavior.
  • Good organizational skills and detail orientated.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet, along with basic data entry and word processing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills a must.
  • Must be flexible and able to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on call center needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Timeshare and guest relations background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Makes outbound and receives inbound telephone calls.
  • Confirms qualified owners and prospects mini-vacation packages with various prices, gifts and resorts in exchange for a timeshare tour.
  • Meets the established minimum target quota of 1.5 tours per hours worked.
  • Maintains the minimum monthly budget VPG on all tours.
  • Must not exceed 65 minutes’ "time pause" per day inclusive of one 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
  • Be familiar with all company programs, systems and resorts.
  • Must be well versed and educated with each package offered.
  • Follows company guidelines for solicitation including, but not limited to, script adherence in telephone communications.
  • Adheres to company and Federal guidelines as they relate to the Do Not Call List.
  • Takes ownership of personal behavior and weekly production levels.
  • Adheres to the utmost professionalism when interacting with fellow team members/management as well as owners, members and prospects.
  • Ensures compliance with timekeeping, including clocking in and out procedures and attendance.
  • Consistently apply training received on computer programs including, but not limited to, Voice, Clarity, and Eclipse.
  • Assists in other clerical and analytical tasks as assigned.
  • Provides superior customer service in accordance with the Company Driven to Excellence Standards.
  • Operates office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine).
  • Completes all required company training and compliance courses as assigned.
  • Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
