About The Position

As a Marketing Project Manager I/II, your primary responsibility will be supporting the marketing team drive the successful execution of marketing projects. You will be responsible for managing complex projects and campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently, meet deadlines, and uphold high quality standards. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, communication, and project planning skills. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams, program managers, and event leads to deliver impactful marketing content that resonates globally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, campaigns, and deliverables.
  • Scope project requirements and define clear objectives and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, program managers, and event leads to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, follow established workflows, and receive appropriate approvals.
  • Enter and follow up on tasks in our project management tool, Asana.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement for project processes and assist in making those improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones and languages, demonstrating cultural awareness and flexibility.
