Position Description Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing & Client Learning, this role coordinates and manages AAAHC’s marketing communications, publications, and digital content from planning through delivery. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end production of marketing materials and client publications; managing editorial calendars, workflows, and approvals; administering and improving the AAAHC website and eCommerce content; serving as a brand steward to ensure consistency across all deliverables; coordinating vendors and budgets; and leveraging digital platforms to execute and monitor projects. The role partners with subject-matter experts to translate complex content into clear, client-ready communications and supports social media, events, and internal communications as needed.
