About The Position

As the Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be the organizational hub of the Savanta marketing team. You’ll coordinate campaigns, product launches, and ongoing programs, ensuring seamless delivery across teams and agencies. As a MPM you will manage project timelines, goals, and key deliverables, track budgets and expenses, and communicate plans across the Savanta team. This highly collaborative role requires organization, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of deadlines or quality standards. This role presents the opportunity to design and implement new processes and systems, serving as a central hub for marketing while collaborating closely with leadership. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a dynamic, global marketing team. Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining the global editorial, launch, and campaign calendar
  • Coordinating deliverables with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams
  • Ensuring timelines and dependencies are managed across paid, organic, and owned channels
  • Aligning asset readiness with campaign go-live dates
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-product promotion and process improvement
  • Supporting publishing, asset uploads, and QA checks across web, email, and social channels
  • Tracking marketing budget and spend, and create reports by product, campaign, and region
  • Conducting pre-launch QA for functionality, accuracy, and brand compliance
  • Being the operational point of contact for creative and media agencies
  • Coordinating marketing meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate actions
  • Maintaining organized asset libraries and campaign documentation
  • Supporting onboarding for new hires, agencies, or freelance support
  • Liaise with Marketing Ops and Sales Enablement to ensure campaign tracking and collateral delivery
  • Promote global best practices, innovation, and collaborative ways of working.
