The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for driving the execution of marketing campaigns from brief to launch, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and consistency across all channels. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team by owning timelines, managing cross functional workflows, and maintaining visibility across multiple workstreams. We are seeking an intense, detail-obsessed marketing operator who is a natural storyteller, uses AI tools fluently to produce compelling copy, and keeps every campaign moving without dropping a single ball. Reporting to the Director of Social Media, you are the air traffic controller of our marketing team. You own the calendar, the briefs, the deadlines, and the communications that bring every campaign to life. You use tools like Claude and ChatGPT as a force multiplier, and you know the difference between AI-generated copy and words that actually sound like they’re written in SoulCycle’s voice.
