About The Position

The Marketing Project Management Lead will be the backbone of our marketing organization. This role exists to bring order to creative chaos: designing world-class workflows, owning project management across the marketing org, and leveling up how we plan, execute, and ship work. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Creative, Demand Gen, Brand, and Leadership to ensure ideas turn into finished work- on time, on brand, and at a quality bar that matches our ambition. If you love turning complexity into systems, building processes people actually want to use, and helping creative teams do the best work of their careers, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, Project Management, or Creative Production within a high-growth B2B or B2C company
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional creative projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Deep empathy for creative teams- you know how to add structure without killing creativity
  • Strong systems thinker: you naturally turn messy processes into clean, scalable workflows
  • Excellent communication skills- you’re clear, calm, and direct, especially when timelines are tight
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and ambiguity is normal
  • High ownership mentality- you see gaps and fix them without waiting to be asked

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing project management end-to-end, including timelines, resourcing, dependencies, and delivery across launches, campaigns, creative projects, and always-on work
  • Build, own, and continuously improve creative and marketing workflows—from intake and prioritization through production, review, and launch
  • Act as the source of truth for all marketing work, providing clear visibility into what’s in progress, blocked, launching, and upcoming
  • Partner closely with Creative, Brand, PMM, Content, and Ecosystem to ensure work is well-scoped, properly resourced, and delivered on time
  • Drive planning and prioritization by translating marketing strategy into execution (quarterly plans, launch calendars, campaign timelines, capacity planning)
  • Own and evolve the marketing project management tools and systems, ensuring they scale with the team and integrate effectively across the organization
  • Proactively identify and remove bottlenecks, unclear ownership, and process gaps before they impact delivery
  • Serve as the operational point of contact between Marketing and cross-functional partners (Product, Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, Partnerships) to ensure tight alignment and no surprises
