As a Marketing Program Manager at The Pinnacle Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing marketing projects and client relationships. This position involves leading the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth operations within the marketing department. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively, while also being hands-on in strategic planning and implementation to enhance client experiences and operational efficiencies.

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and resources.
  • Oversee and manage all marketing projects, ensuring timely and successful execution while being hands-on throughout the process.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with marketing clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Play a crucial role in shaping and implementing client experiences, including onboarding customers in collaboration with the internal sales team.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports, and maintain organized files and records for marketing documents.
  • Lead the pre and post planning and execution of conferences and events, coordinating with team members for support on execution.
  • Work closely with marketing management to review and provide final approvals for the creation of marketing assets to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance client experiences and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Manage the implementation and monitoring of the onboarding process for Pinnacle clients.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of email campaigns and other marketing initiatives using HubSpot.
  • Lead the development and execution of virtual educational series for Pinnacle customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for training new interns and hires in supportive roles, ensuring they are well-equipped to contribute effectively.
  • Act as the marketing liaison between The Pinnacle Group/Marketing and our internal and external clients, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing project management, with a track record of overseeing and executing successful marketing projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance client experiences and improve operational efficiencies.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities with ease.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and approving marketing assets, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Technical proficiencies in project management tools (ClickUp preferred), HubSpot (preferred), Canva, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred).
