About The Position

The Marketing Producer is responsible for envisioning, producing and executing multi-form, multi-media proposals, presentations and pitch experiences. Marketing Producer work is critical to the creation and telling of the QTS story to sophisticated and experienced data center owners and operators. While part of the Strategic Deals Pursuit Team, the Marketing Producer will be a key member of a broader pursuit team consisting of Senior Sales, Sales Engineering, Development and Product leaders. The Marketing Producer will work closely with internal QTS teams and external service partners to accomplish their duties.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Visual Design, Engineering or other related major or equivalent professional experience
  • One or more years of experience in the development of pre, post and live interview presentation materials for large sales deals.
  • One or more years of related professional experience in real estate, architecture, engineering or other professional services related companies.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Navigates within a broad matrix structure
  • Juggles multiple and diverse projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Effectively manage external service partners
  • Marketing Producer and the pursuit team has direct QTS revenue impact
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in simple, relevant manner
  • Presents to senior executives, product and sales leadership

  • Specific experience in large mission critical, build-to-suit, or data center industries

Responsibilities

  • Playing an active, ongoing support role for a number of large customer business pursuits at any given time.
  • Initial review of requests for proposals (RFPs) and the preparation and execution of written responses.
  • Interview preparation, including development of pre, post and live interview presentation materials.
  • Development of pitch presentations, including development of multi-form, multi-media presentations.
  • Participates with Hyperscale and Hybrid Colocation sales teams in interview and pitch discussions and offers input on the vision of presentation.
  • Works with strategic deals pursuit team to insure presentations and pitch materials are of the highest quality, consistent with industry leaders, relevant to prospective customers, and supporting the overall QTS brand and mission.
