About The Position

The Marketing Partnership Manager will play a critical role in developing and managing strategic partnerships within the mortgage industry. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, partnership management, or lead generation, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of building successful partnerships.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Advanced Computer Skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with lead generation companies and platforms.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with lead vendors to optimize lead quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on performance and insights. Use data to refine lead acquisition strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive lead acquisition. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance
  • Ensure that all lead generation activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in lead generation and partnership marketing.
