About The Position

Marketing Operations Specialist Stuller Key Responsibilities: Own the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing automation campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Design and implement advanced journeys using AMPscript, SQL, and dynamic content blocks. Collaborate with CRM and Web Development teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration across platforms. Lead QA efforts for all automations and journeys, ensuring error-free execution and data integrity. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion. Manage and optimize lead generation forms in Formstack, ensuring proper tagging, routing, and data capture. Support strategic marketing initiatives by building scalable automation frameworks. Stay current on platform updates and proactively recommend new features or tools. Maintain documentation for automations, journeys, and integrations.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with Formstack or similar form-building platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for continuous learning and process improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
  • Understanding of data architecture and integration between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
