About The Position

Support a tech leader with logistics and budget tracking for co-marketing projects with their global partners OEM Program Management: Work with cross-functional teams and external partners on co-marketing programs. Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and fund transfers including rollovers and shift backs. Data Analysis and Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing spend and performance. Create monthly and quarterly reports for leadership reviews and handle ad-hoc requests. Operational Excellence: Partner with Finance and Marketing teams to keep operations running smoothly. Document and improve processes to make workflows more efficient. Support portal operations and system enhancements while becoming an expert on co-marketing programs. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a budget or finance role with exposure to marketing operations required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business
  • Proven experience visualizing complex data in Power Point presentations that demonstrate clear insights that drive decisions
  • Organized and detail-oriented, even when juggling multiple priorities
  • Proactive problem solver who approaches challenges creatively
  • Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional and global stakeholders
  • Flexibility with occasional calls with outside normal business hours with teams in Asia and Europe
  • Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Exposure to enterprise systems for centralized data
  • Experience using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot

Nice To Haves

  • PowerBI or similar data visualization tool experience is a plus
