About The Position

As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the execution of all omni channel marketing campaigns for all portfolio brands and business solutions. This role ensures alignment with corporate strategies, long term financial plans and customer needs. This position focuses on our push marketing channels such as email, display, SMS, etc. You will assist in campaign result reporting and competitor tracking and ensure flawless program execution to our customers.   • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum three years of online marketing experience

Responsibilities

  • Executes strategic marketing and campaign plans across all push marketing channels in coordination with the campaign and creative teams
  • Channels include but are not limited to: Email, Social/Display, SMS
  • Assists in Marketing Campaign planning calendar via the marketing planning tool – planning assets, tactics for email and SMS channels and managing campaign briefs as needed
  • Maintains email calendar assignments and workflow within the team ensuring execution is completed on time and testing protocols are followed
  • Manages assigned elements of channel campaigns from concept to launch within the email and other push marketing channels
  • Works with creative coordinators and other campaign team members to ensures consistency with brand and messaging across channels throughout entire campaign
  • Partner closely with campaign, CRM and Acquisition team to build a customer focused campaign experience and ensure coherence among all channels that reach the customer; build campaign calendars for largescale executions
  • Analyze marketing campaigns results and implement recommended changes
  • Develop and implement new campaign ideas and promotional strategies to help build and expand push marketing programs
  • Work with email service provider and CRM team to optimize targeting, acquisition and retention opportunities
  • Conduct weekly review and ROI analysis of the program and track to forecast
  • Identify file growth opportunities and oversee the execution

  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance
  • Must be able to attend face to face meetings on short or little advance notice
  • Work in the Marketing Department office environment requires in-person collaboration among colleagues and contractors
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with teams in marketing, creative, paid search, legal, and merchandising to execute against all deliverables
  • Monitor competitive intelligence and report on trending and untapped opportunities
  • Work with IT team to implement new or enhanced partner data feeds for customized technology integrations related to the email program
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned
