About the Role We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to build and monitor high-impact campaigns in Marketo with additional execution support in key channels like Pendo, and Salesforce — ensuring our data stays reliable through ongoing governance and campaign QA.  PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AS WELL AS PHOENIX, AZ. AND SALT LAKE CITY, UT.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of admin-level working knowledge building Marketo programs and related assets: emails, forms, landing pages.
  • Strong Smart List configuration skills and comfort with logic troubleshooting to explain why a campaign member did/did not qualify for a campaign.
  • Demonstrates proficiency with list imports, data cleanup, data lookups and de-duplication across multiple sources, (like Excel/Google sheet lookups, and pivot tables).
  • Experience leveraging UTMs to track web visits and campaign engagement (building, applying, and QA).
  • Strong QA discipline to double-check links, tracking and smart list filters before sending a campaign.
  • Experience creating Pendo segments & reports to maintain the consistency of synched data sets between product and marketing platforms.
  • Resourceful to leverage sources through online knowledge base libraries, AI, and Kipu documentation to solve technical hurdles independently.
  • Adaptability to tight timelines and shifts in priorities.
  • Clear communicator who can document work and flag risks early.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute campaign assets using Marketo programs including smart list logic, emails, forms, and landing pages from templates.
  • Perform list scrubbing, data mapping, source attribution, normalization, and de-duplication prior to importing into Marketo.
  • Build and maintain UTM standards (naming conventions, required parameters, channel rules).
  • QA campaigns across all related channels prior to launch to confirm all web asset links (emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs) are redirecting to the corresponding asset and attributing to the appropriate campaign.
  • Build hyper-targeted segments using advanced boolean logic, product-usage signals, demographic data and behavioral triggers to align with demand gen strategies of the right message, the right audience at the right time.
  • Produce campaign performance reports in Salesforce to share with campaign stakeholders throughout the duration of the campaign and on an on-going basis.
  • Act as a data steward across our MarTech stack by running regular governance processes including monitoring, system & data health, enriching and correcting key missing, incorrect or conflicting data in core systems like Marketo, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or Pendo.
  • Support ongoing operational improvements for data cleanliness and process consistency.
  • Provide clear updates on campaign status and proactively identify when a deadline is at risk.
